At a time when fields like analytics and data science were often misunderstood or underappreciated in traditional countries like Nepal, Shailaja Adhikary made a bold decision to revolutionize professional education. Drawing from her pioneering spirit, she took on significant financial risks, including a large investment loan, and overcame skepticism from peers and industry leaders. Today, her journey stands as a testament to resilience and vision, as she continues to inspire the next generation of professionals.

Today she heads several noted institutions which are considered premier education hubs across the country, ranging from Kindergarten to post-graduation levels. She is the Managing Director at IEC Group of Institutions, Managing Director and Principal at Euro School, Kathmandu, and successfully runs three premier branches of Euro Kids, Nepal.
